“We are delighted that two of the country’s top private wealth advisers are joining us to provide advice which is independent and completely free of conflicts of interest.”
New private wealth management firm Asteri Asset Management has announced the appointment of two key advisers to its fast growing team.
Asteri Asset Management was established late last year by former CEO of JBWere, Mr Peter Hensley, and former CEO of MLC and NAB Wealth, Mr Warwick Traynor – two of Australia’s most experienced private wealth executives.
Mr Nico Andreadis, former director and adviser to a number of high net worth clients in the Private Clients business of Pricewaterhouse Coopers Sydney, has joined Asteri Asset Management as Director of Specialist Advice and Partner.
At Asteri Asset Management, Mr Andreadis will provide specialist advice to high net wealth families, as well as senior executives of public and private companies, in relation to their personal finances to maximise their after tax wealth.
Meanwhile Mr Luther Poier, who has more than 20 years of executive and management experience in personal and business investment, corporate strategy, business start-ups and re-structuring, is joining Asteri Asset Management as an Adviser and Partner.
Mr Poier has joined the firm from CBA’s private wealth team, where he provided specialist investment advice to many of Australia’s wealthiest individuals and families.
The addition of Mr Andreadis and Mr Poier boosts Asteri Asset Management’s team to 18 people.
CEO of Asteri Asset Management, Mr Hensley, said “We are delighted that two of the country’s top private wealth advisers are joining us to provide advice which is independent and completely free of conflicts of interest.
“One of the key attractions of Asteri for specialist advisers and clients who are joining us is the fact that we are charging clients transparent fees for our services, without any commission for selling them into products that may or may not suit them. This enables us to genuinely put our clients’ interests first at all times”, he added.
Asteri Asset Management is providing a complete wealth management solution for high net worth individuals, families, and not for profit organisations. The firm’s core services include investment strategy; financial planning, including advice on appropriate structures; intergenerational wealth advice; and advice within the philanthropic space.
