Hugo joined Asteri in March 2024 and works as a Senior Associate.
Hugo joined Asteri Asset Management in March 2024 to work with Miles Pawlak and Richard Buckland as a Senior Associate. He is responsible for providing business development, investment research, portfolio maintenance and wider support functions across the team.
Prior to joining Asteri Asset Management, Hugo was a corporate lawyer at a top boutique law firm specialising in restructuring deals and commercial disputes. Hugo has a passion for financial markets, investment strategy and risk management. He enjoys the intellectual stimulation in this space and is keen to develop a deeper understanding of the investment landscape.
Hugo holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance and Accounting) from the University of Melbourne and a Juris Doctor from the University of Sydney. He also holds a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice and was admitted as a lawyer to the Supreme Court of NSW in 2022.
