Jason Hawker

Jason provides holistic wealth advice to high-net-worth individuals, families and not-for-profit organisations, helping clients align their investment strategies with their broader financial objectives.

With more than 16 years’ experience as a wealth adviser, including as a Partner at Asteri since 2018, Jason has advised clients across a broad range of asset classes and circumstances. Before becoming a financial adviser, he worked as a tax adviser at KPMG, where he focused on corporate and private client engagements. This combination of investment management, tax and advisory experience enables Jason to deliver integrated, end-to-end advice.

Jason works with professionals, business owners, retirees and professional athletes, as well as some of Australia’s largest philanthropic foundations. His work with philanthropic clients has included managing investment portfolios, reviewing investment policies and incorporating responsible investment principles into broader strategic frameworks.

Jason is a member of Asteri’s Diversity Working Group and works with universities to help foster the next generation of financial advisers. He holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Applied Finance from Macquarie University and is an ASX Accredited Derivatives Adviser Level 2.
