Tanya Stratton

Tanya Stratton is a marketing and communications professional with more than 10 years of experience in banking, wealth management, and financial services. At Asteri Asset Management, she leads strategic marketing initiatives that enhance brand awareness, engage target audiences, and support business growth.

Prior to joining Asteri, Tanya spent eight years with UBS Global Wealth Management and four years with Julius Baer Private Bank in Singapore. She holds a degree in Public Relations, Journalism, and Business Marketing from RMIT University.

Tanya is also an active advocate for diversity and inclusion, serving on Asteri’s Diversity Working Group and as Co-Lead of the Women in Wealth initiative. Having lived in six countries, she brings a global perspective and a passion for fostering meaningful connections across people, cultures, and communities.
